Ingredients:
2 quarts apple juice
2 quarts apple cider
1 cup white sugar, or to taste
3 cinnamon sticks
Dash of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 liter Everclear
Directions:
In a large kettle, combine apple juice, apple cider, and cinnamon sticks over medium heat. Allow to warm, then pour in sugar, stirring frequently. Add ground cinnamon, vanilla, and extra sugar if desired. Allow to warm, do not bring to boil. When heated thoroughly, remove from heat and allow to cool, keeping cinnamon sticks in the kettle. Once cooled, remove cinnamon sticks and stir in Everclear. Divide into quart jars.
**Caution: Tastes like apple pie and will get you drunk. Enjoy slowly.
(Makes about 5 quarts)
