Chili

Ingredients:

1 pound ground hamburger
1 small onion, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
28oz can diced tomatoes
15oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 small cans tomato soup
1 small can of water
1 large can tomato juice
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
ChiliChili powder to taste
Cayenne red pepper to taste
1 pound shell noodles

Directions:
Brown hamburger with onions and celery, adding salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste.  Meanwhile, in a large kettle, add tomato juice, kidney beans, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and 1 small can of water.  Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cayenne red pepper.  Add butter and simmer.   Add hamburger mixture when ready.  Allow to simmer.  Boil noodles to al dente, drain, and rinse.  Add desired amount of noodles to soup depending on how thick you want the soup.  Continue to allow soup to simmer for 30 minutes.  Add extra seasoning if needed.  Enjoy!
