Ingredients:
6-8 potatoes, peeled, boiled, and cooled
5 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
Radishes, sliced
Cucumber, diced
Onion, diced
Hellman's Mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley flakes
Directions:
Slice cooled potatoes and toss with other veggies. Chop eggs and add. Add salt, pepper, and parsley flakes to taste. Stir in mayo until moist. Refrigerate.
